I purchased a style from VBstyles about 3 months back. Unfortunately, this was too far back to require a refund, but I'd thought they were working on templates and styles already, modifications as it were.
The template was for a vb3 product, while it was still in beta phase. Yes, I know, it was beta, and it shouldn't have been bought, but I did it anyways, because I THOUGHT (wrongfully so apparently) that VBS would be wise enough to convert everything in a reasonable time frame, so that there would be no problem when I wanted to upgrade to gama
Well, just over a month after gamma's been released, still nothing from the VBS guys. In fact, their response to the whole release?
"Vbulletin styles will be closed (yes CLOSED) from December 22nd to the 3rd week in January".
4 weeks for the holidays? Is this how you'd classify a "good" way to spend your money? It's certainly not for me. While clients can't i mport or upgrade to fix bugs, VBS is out having a holiday, celebrating their fleecing of the Vbulletin Forum members.
This company has fraud written all over it.
I've been dealing with vbulletinstyles since day one when they just had 1 product and today I own most of they're skins.
I've been very happy with the skins and support ever since.
Not sure what’s happening with the other review but you can rest assure you won't regret they're service.
