Although we've had our shares of cpanel problems, security issues and just plain stupid errors, cPanel is still the industry leader when it comes to Linux control panels, and our customers are loving it. The ease of use cPanel offers to our customers goes a long way with them which makes us happy. I must admit though, if it wasn't for the $20 internal license we have, we could be using a different control panel...
Very popular, lots of features. But very buggy. Also loaded with 3rd party open source software that is also quite buggy. But it is a lot better than ensim.
